Kalandia Kitchen
Palestinian cuisine. Food heritage. Community.
Kalandia Kitchen celebrates the flavours of Palestine, preserves our culinary traditions, and creates livelihood opportunities for women by preparing authentic dishes and heritage foods.
Preserving culture through cuisine
The Cooperative's building has housed a kitchen since the second floor was built in the 1980s. Kalandia Kitchen passes down generations of Palestinian recipes and shares our hospitality with the community and visitors.
